This policy explains what the Sikkim Anglers’ Association (“the Association”) collects through chirbireyriverfest.com and how it is used.

1. What we collect

Registration details: name, phone number, email (optional), where you are coming from, group size, and the role you register under (visitor, angler, stall or vendor interest, volunteer), along with the branch answers for that role.
Site analytics: anonymous, aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) used to understand interest in the festival. No advertising trackers are used.

2. How it is used

To manage festival registration and attendance.
To contact you about the festival: programme updates, pass announcements, stall allocation, and volunteer coordination.
To plan capacity, parking, and safety for the festival ground.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties except the service providers that run this site’s form storage and messaging on our behalf, or where the law requires.

3. Payments

Registration on this site is free. If and when passes or stall bookings are sold online, payments will be processed by a bank-operated payment gateway; your card or banking details will go directly to the bank and are never stored by the Association or this website.

4. Retention

Registration details are kept for the festival cycle and, unless you ask otherwise, carried forward so that the Association can invite you to future editions and conservation activity. Write to us to have your details removed at any time.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you by writing to chirbireyriverfest@gmail.com.
